I would like my customers to have a list of options (3or4) and either send me an image through the post or upload an image and then be passed on to a payment page.
The payment gateway is protx I use vsp form and you can find integration information here(http://www.protx.com/support/04_downloads.asp)

I would like something simaler to this form http://www.your-photo.co.uk/price-order-quote/photo-retouch-form.php but perhaps also would like to ask for an address which would pass through to protx.

I can design the site in html but can't do the form.

I would need to know who the uploaded image was from so that i could tie it up with the payment.

Simple Payment Form Creation

I have set up a basic payment form for a payment gateway. however, there are a couple of fields that i need a php programmer to complete for me. I have been given example code to use and it seems really easy for anyone who knows what they're doing.

I would like this to be set up immediately.

A couple of other things I would like. The site doesnt render well in internet explorer. I would like this looked at.

Also, it is slow loading generally. It would nice to optimise the site.

Upload Image and Convert to .cur Script by gamer1

I would like a script built so that users can come to my site, upload an image, and have it converted to a .cur file. This way users can create their own cursors using their images. Once the file is uploaded and converted, it should be saved to my site. The the url to the cursor file should be plugged into the html code required to add that cursor to your myspace/website.

If my budget is too low let me know.

Modify Payment form

We urgently need someone with php ignite skills to replace and modify payment form. This form will then be linked with authorize.net button,and paypal button. It is very urgent and must be done promptly and correctly.

Asterisk setup with astbill , prepaid system, that has paypal , and quantum payment qateways

om paypal, and quantum payment gateways by having them login and pay every month or threw a automatic subscription, i will be able to provide connection strings for the quantum gateway.

and php intergradtion with my service provider. where it allows me to list all of the available DID's , and also have it assign the DID's after payment. they have a remove api, and it just need some php coding.

at in one session I can upload my video to 5 services. Its a simple upload script that does the same upload process that you would do by hand if uploading to say YouTube.

Image upload crop and preview

I use JotForm and its image upload function through to dropbox. I need to be able to specify a few basic crop ratios for the image and have the user upload, crop or mask for crop on the image and be able to preview this and have the result saved as the upload. I would like min image size checks and need tobe able to handle up to 4 multiple image uploads per form.
