We begin each new relationship by analyzing the history and current status of both your company web site and its competitors. This understanding the unique framework of each business, we are able to determine a strategic plan and begin our process.
The simplest definition of keyword research is finding the keywords related to your Web site, and the analysis of which ones yield the highest return on investment (ROI).
Keyword research consists of at least three major steps:
(1) Discovery - finding as many keywords as possible relating to your Web site. Basically the identification of search terms normally people use to find a site of your kind
(2) ROI analysis - finding the most valuable keywords for your Web site. The most generic keywords are the most widely searched, but also the most competitive, and sometimes bring mediocre conversion rates. Generally, phrases that most accurately describe specific qualities of a site yield the highest ROI.
(3) Competitive analysis - analyzing the strength of competitors for potential keywords. Competitive factors include how attentive sites are to optimization issues and the number of relevant inbound links they have received. This phase will give you an overview of the competitive landscape on any given search term.
This analysis will provide you with your competitors’ strengths and weaknesses along with ranking and marketing information. We also provide you with a Pre Positioning Report that provides a specific look at where you are currently positioned among the major search engines.
This report sets the bar and gives us an opportunity to provide you a “before and after” picture of your progress.
¡ Consultation
After the initial research is complete, a meeting with the client is arranged to deliver analysis results, discuss the search engine-marketing plan, set goals and determine specific keywords that are beneficial to the site in question.
¡ Site Optimization
At this point we begin to work directly to optimize the content on the web site by identifying the pages, which need to be modified and writing the optimized content (If needed).
Site optimization can take anywhere from 15 to 20 business days depending on your site and any special circumstances.
¡ Delivery of Optimized Site
The technical work being complete, we are ready to deliver the optimized content (Compiled Tags) to get it uploaded on to the server. Now the site is ready to be submitted to the search engines.
¡ Site Submission
The site is ready now and the search engine submission process begins. A web technician assigned to your account will hand-submit your site to the major search engines. After the initial submission, we will continue this process on a regular (bi-weekly or monthly) basis.

We are offering a $ xxx/month deal with a 3-month prepayment since the bulk of the work is done within the first 3 months.

3. Maintaining the Link Popularity
Since most of the search engines have moved to Theme based Relevancy scoring algorithm, the Link popularity of a site plays a major role in Search engine positioning. We should maintain the link popularity of a site by a minimum of 5/10. And this value might drop sometime, so we have to constantly monitor and do the necessary things to get the LPP on a satisfactory value (always higher than 5)
There are seven steps to achieve Satisfactory Link Popularity value :
a) Review your web site, it's content, your target audiences, your current link popularity and your current search engine rankings,
b) Research your industry prospecting the top portals and web sites with the greatest market relevance,
c) Prioritize prospects by a combination of factors including their link popularity scores and their present search engine positioning,
d) Develop a static html link page replicating the exact look and feel of your existing web site with links to all quality prospects,
e) Implement a campaign to personally contact each prospect explaining the benefits of interlinking and requesting that they provide a link to your web site,
f) Once links have been posted, we will submit each web page with a link to your site. Additionally, we will submit your web site to the top directories including the Open Directory, Yahoo and LookSmart. (Yahoo and LookSmart fees are additional)
g) Quantify and monitor each web site that offers a link to your web site.
4. Monthly keyword Position report generation
In this phase we have to generate the keyword position report of the targeted keywords in major engines. The keywords and the engines will be same, as on the Pre positioning report we have given to the client b4 we have started the project. Apart from the Targeted words there will be many more associated keywords or phrases also might have come up on the engines. We can take a report of the associated phrases too and can be sent to the client as additional phrases we have achieved. This report generation has to be done manually as in many search engines and directories don’t allow any third party software to get into their database. So the result you will be getting from an automated query might be different from the result you are getting through a manual query. So always make the Report manually.
¡ Monthly Reports:
Monthly Position Report will be sent to you on or before the 5th of every month as per the contract period
