This site was started already by a developer who did not finish the project 2 times. Ther are strict guidlines regarding payment for this project becuase of this. If you have no references do not respond to this post. Each module will be paid half up front and half when completed and installed on our server to ensure that the work is done.

We have some code to some of the modules of the site. The modules that we have code for your review are marked (Code provided). You do not have to use the provided code but it is at your discretion. Code for the email module will need to be used though.
This site will be a community site for a group of (9) organizations. Each organization is comprised of chapters.

Greeting Cards-paid members will be able to view and send the custom greeting cards. non members will only be able to view the greeting cards. This module should function like most greeting card systems with admin area to add cards, categories and sub categories. Select sound to play with card etc. Also must have reminder system built in for user to be reminded about, birthday dates, anniversaries, holidays, etc. and the ability to send invitations. Address book as well.
Invitations need to be able to be sent to a specific member, an entire chapter or an entire organization once.

Sub domain Hosting & guestbook- members may create a free hosting account as a sub domain. This is account is not automatically created at the time of membership it has to be chosen. When this account is created user information will be collected for the hosting account. After completed the user will be directed to a page where the user will be able to select the files to be uploaded to the subdirectory for hosting. Automatically a guestbook should be installed to the sub domain and instructions as far as the url to access the guestbook and url for admin of the guest book should be displayed and emailed to the users email account. The guest book should allow the user to change color schemes. Nonmembers can view the sub domain site websites and have access to read and post to guest books. Note the sub domain hosted sites should have a banner at the top like the grey navigation strip at the top of http://www.destinyschild.com/index3.html where links back to the site will be so that users that go directly to the sub domain hosted site by typing the url directly can be directed back to the main site.
Poetry and Chants – Here members only will be able to upload poetry and chants by categories and sub categories. (possibly would like to have the option for the member to record their poetry or chant to a file that can be played from the site)
Advertisement management system – this will be able to manage and track advertisements on the site along with billing of such advertisements.
Admin Abilities – send notifications to all members or non members(html emails).
