I am a sole trader in the UK looking to create a very large scale pac-man style game.
I want to use normal 5mm Led's. The number of these leds is not crucial, but as a minimum I would say is a matrix of 100 x 75 led's. (7500 leds)
I need a controller to power the led matrix, and the pacman game coded (to run on the controller), all self contained (no pc required).
The matrix will be fixed colour leds, so for instance the walls of the pacman game can be different colour leds to pacman , etc.
If multi colour leds would be an easier option, then this could also be viable.
If the whole project would be easier using a pc to drive the led matrix, then if you could provide details on how this is the case, relevent software and schematic for the led matrix and pc interface, again this could be viable.
I require the PCB layout, schematic and any code involved to create this project with full resale rights.

No flash is required as long as I can verify that the file was converted to flv on a linux system.
Open Source video converter recommended such as ffmpeg.
No design work needed I plan to carry out most of this project by my self I just need to borrow somebodys knowledge on converting video files.
