Website design for a local outreach church CrossCurrent (TXC when abbreviated). Will need Logo Design, and Catchy Header. Our client has purchased this template and would like it revised: http://www.templatemonster.com/website-templates/10167.html
Would also like to include: Newsletter Subscription, Calendar (for upcoming events), News Area (could be a BLOG, so they could easily update), Contact Form, Photo Album…

an Ebay background. As mentioned, I will be adding additional products in the future, so will need an all inclusive quote/price of how much modifications will be. This project I will need to work closely with the winning bidder to ensure that I receive the desired outcome.

I could copy and modify a basic design to add photo album pages myself later but maybe CMS is easier.
I am open to advice and recommendations since it has been 10-15 years since I did a lot of HTML site design and I am lost and out of touch with modern site design.
