Update our script with SEO Friendly URLS, Ajax, and a few enhancements by shaxs

Hello,
Currently we have a portfolio script that has dynamic links like this: http://domain.com/portfolio3.php?id=2&read=1. Lets say this is in a category called 'PHP' and the title of the entry is called 'GAF Redesign'. We would like the new urls for each entry in the portfolio program to look like this:
http://www.domain.com/installation_dir/category/title-name.php
So, the above example would be http://www.domain.com/portfolio/PHP/GAF-Redesign.php
Also, our portfolio program has a templating system. There are built in tokens like {image} which will print the image of the entry, {title} which will print the title of the entry, ect. We want to give users the ability to create their own tokens which contain a value and then they can be used in the template system.
Lastly, you can modify the order in which a entry is shown in the portfolio. Currently, we use a little up and down arrow button and you have to move the entries one spot at a time and then the page relods. This is very time consuming and laborous. We would like uers to be able to drag and drop entires in the order they want using AJAX. Similair to this idea: http://www.dhtmlgoodies.com/scripts/arrange-nodes/arrange-nodes-d2.html. Also, on the same page you are given the option to edit or delete. If they press the delete button, we would like AJAX to confirm the delete in a popup and then delete the entry without re-loading the page.

presently the structure is like this

I use windows server, I have wordpress installed and premalinks are working fine

Seo Friendly Urls
de, and there are form fields that need to just have the new SEO url inserted into. This needs to be done on the fly. Ideally the SEO friendly urls should be made from the Record Title i.e. the name of the item being posted in the form.
I would also like the ability to update the SEO friendly url too.
Im currently using WAMP on my local machine and would like to test the custom coding on there and use it for other website projects

We have a website that has been recently migrated to an apache server that is using Mambo CMS. We have attempted to activate SEO friendly URLS without any success.
We have updated the .htaccess file and enabled SEO friendly urls within mambo but this does not work.

Instead of "City" there must be the name of the city the hotel is located in. Instead of "Title" it should show the title of the post.
