Serious AJAX/UML/C++/ASP.Net Coder by fredick1

for a serious AJAX/UML/C++/ASP.Net/XML/VISIO Coder(s) who is willing to devote themselves to a 2/3 month project and who has Masters/PHD education.

Do not want coders from India/Pakistan - SO DO NOT BID. Perferably want coders from either Ukraine or Romania as we have worked with them in the past.

Please attach resume, and previous work completed. We dont want companies bidding on this task, and if you are a company you must have <2/3 ppl.

US PHP DEVELOPER AND DESIGNER - I NEED SOMEONE WITH A GOOD TRACK RECORD.

PROJECT INFORMATION
#1 - I want something with 90% FUNCTIONALITIES similar to hotgigs (with minor changes) BUT NOT the look and feel.
#2 - I have the home page/front end template for the propose project. (my own color, look and feel and logo pre-made)
#3 I have script for this site: http://job.scripts-for-sites.com/ (this script is available for use IF need be).

I need a coder familiar to phpprobid to build the seller verification system and the connection with bank for online payments.

Seller Verification is on the probid updates but site has been customized and it is not possible to install the updates. Please write for more details.

You have to be very serious, experienced and exact to the working hours and deadlines.
