1. Churches - Name of Pastor and addresses in USA (An authentic list of about 5,000 in each state
2. Foundations - Name of owner and adresses in USA
3. Philanthropists- Name and addresses in USA
4. Donation centers - Name and addresses in USA

These must also include their phone numbers and fax(if any)
All names and addresses have to be current and verifiable and put in spreadsheet.

nice touch but not necessary.

The server I am using is windows2000 Pro as supplied by ICUK with the
database sitting in a Private directory.

Everything needs to be secure and password protected but SSL is not
required.

6) All the subscription pages should be in tmeplate files too so they can be easily modified withhout toucjing any code
7) All the newsletter should be kept in file and can be accessed by anybody. There should be ability to set up the location where the files (pages) will be saved
