The server is running Plesk Reloaded and has SSH access. I will give freelancer full access. Shouldn't take more than an hour. I just don't know how servers work to this extent.

I currently have $ 22 US in my account I am willing to offer for this project... Simply quick... MySQL problem is the main issue the rest is just a plus.

This is really simple. The JDK and Ant are installed on both servers so its a matter of downloading and configuring the java connectors ect.. I'll pay 100 so if you can do it right now you will probably get the job.

This is a virtual tour for a shopping street. The street has 200 shops (100 on each side). Internet users should be able to "walk along" the street like the way you would walk on street in real life. Users should be able to see shops (and their names) on both side as they "walk along". Each shop is linked to an external information page (which already has been done), so if users click on any shop, the html information page will pop up.
