Required skills: Delphi, PHP
the customer downloads a small application on to their PC which installs painlessly without a reboot. The customer then just needs to press a button on the application to allow remote control of their desktop.
The application then communicates with the server to inform the engineer that the customer is ready. A 5 digit number is assigned to the customer.
Meanwhile the engineers control software launches from desktop tray and the engineer connects to the customer using the 5 digit number. (not the customers IP address) and has control of the customers desktop.
The customer application should be able to survive a reboot and automatically launch and re-connect to the engineers PC.
File transfer capabilities should be built in.
When the engineer is done the software uninstalls from the customers PC.
All connections should be done on an encrypted secure connection (https) and a log of the session stored on the server (customer/engineer IPs, computer names, start times, end times, logins)
Engineers can login and out of the site to set their availability.
I will hold all rights to the software, but will probably work with the developer in the future.
I'd prefer a Delphi/PHP/MYSQL solution (linux web server, windows apps) but im open to suggestions.

Person A would generate a link and send it to Person B. Person B clicks the link and the Remote Desktop Sharing session starts. After the session the link will no longer be valid and a new link needs to be created for a new session.
Allow for multiple persons to share the Desktop.
The above is what we have in mind but if you know of a better way then we are open for suggestions.

I need to access a folder located on a machine (say a server) in one country by users from another country. It's similar to remote file sharing. I do my work and place the files in the shared folder which can be accessed by people in another country and they complete the remaining or pending work by looking at the files in the shared folder.

Optimization Method 2: Try a different protocol for the video stream that is faster than the current RFC protocol that allows image sizing.
The goal of this project is to increase video speed while maintaining quality. If you have another idea for increasing performance I am happy to listen.

Set up remote desktop on my godaddy server
I have accessed my server through SSH and installed VNC and I tried to follow the godaddy tutorial for installing VNC remote desktop onto my server so I can use it as a remote desktop but I am not doing something right.
Please install and make sure is working so I can view and log in via VNC viewer.
