New Website needs SEO to show up in google top 3 by jsmith

My website is designed in wordpress. I need my blogs/post to show up in google finance. For eg: http://www.google.com/finance?q=HELI On the right side you will notice there are list of articles. I would like my article to show up there.

I am not willing to pay more because I want to make sure it works before I invest more money. After 3 months if it does work then I am willing to pay more. Right now my budget is 30 dollars for 3 months of work which is 90 dollars. I will pay each month once the work is done for that month.

Please do not bid if you are not willing to do the job for 30 dollars a month.

Get SSL certificate, copywrite & Google Adsense to show up again....they were "replaced" by a sentance in another language...one day they were there and the next they were gone and replaced. I want the sentance removed.
