I am re-posting because another designer scammed me for advance funds and never produced the site.
I currently have a Dj/Music website up that I would like to have re-designed to have a cleaner, user friendly layout. I want to keep all of the existing content. My site is www.bassfoundation.com
I also need a srcipt installed to manage my icecast/shoutcast web radio site. I would like the page to be something like one of the mentioned sites below. This would be in addition to the re-design of the existing site.

The problem with the current installation is too difficult for me to work with, and also requires a highly trained programmer to edit, so I want simplified so that it can be worked on by the average programmer and used on a daily basis by myself.
