Phone Emulator by Reza

This project may be more of a question (possibly project if its possible).
I would like to have an emulator created that would work in an internet browser (in a wb page) to allow a userto see a text messge and attachment as they would in a mobile phone. Basically a mobile phone emulator for a website (internet browser). Is this possible? Are there already open source apps available. How much will it cost?

Also when the costumer signs up for a new account from our webpage and they get a confirmation email, if possible we would like the web phone to be embedded in that email, so that they can starting making calls immediately. The web phone and PC soft phone should have our IP address pre configured with our logo and so on. The costumer should only need to put in their user name and password.

Some one know linux OS.
