Need a script configured that is a YouTube clone.

Already have the script and it is uploaded and functioning 80%. Need configuration so that video uploads work correctly with ffmpeg.

ffmpeg also installed, but may need configuration.

Running on CentOS, with php5 and MySQL 4.1.23 with Plesk 8.0

The scripts and all needed modules should be on the server but needs installation and configuration.
