I require someone that can create a virtual person with full lip sink so the lips move according to the words. The avatar(virtual person) will need to be shoulder upand full face 3d reall looking. they are to be connected to a db where we can enter questiosn and words and answers to questions, so that users can ask the virtual person questions and get an answer. the data needs to be easly updated. also need the facilty to turn on and off.
Those who can developthis at a low cost and are higly skilled need only bid, as this requires high quality of work. I think it can be developed with flash. you must submit samples of similar work that you have done.

Users should be able to see shops (and their names) on both side as they "walk along". t is hosted under virtual server by godaddy...there server was compromised and they asked we do a re-provision...
we backed up content and files and tried the upload..however we are not able to get log in going something is broken. the dependency function..PHP-authetntication is not working..
This is my only source of income this site..its down 2 weeks and am going to be fired by a client if this is not up asap.
