Proffessional Stock Trading Website Needed! by Ddup

I need a programmer to build me a website based on stock trading. My customers will need to be able to buy and sell my stocks as they please. I will need full access to my customers accounts as well as the ability to update/change information in their account. There will be 4 different Index Funds my customers will be able to trade. I will need to keep track of each fund seperatly with info like number of buy/sell trades, outstanding shares, profit/lost, and each fund will have it's own cash account which funds will be deducted or added to with each trade. I will also need to be able to pay dividends on a quartly basis to all shareholders in each fund. My customers will also have a "My Account" page which they will be able to access all there personal and trading information like past trading history and last deposit/withdraw made. I also want to charge a 2.99% commision each time a customer sells a stock. This has to happen automatically. Here are a few things I would also like on my website:
