I can provide a much more detailed spec.

This has to have a very professional look and feel about it. It will need to work on Outlook 2000 upwards. You will be responsible to any bug fixes.
We will own the code at the end of the project and you will release all rights to the code written. However for future work/enhancements if it worked well we would keep using you.

- Script must run from one machine
- changes in calendar must be immediately viewable by individual making appointments
- script runs within outlook 2003 /2007 / 2010 VBSCRIPT or VBA
- Likely involves MAPI functions to make this script work but this is the part i do not understand

The suggested design of the pop-up window and the format of the XML in which the data will be sent/received are prepared and will be sent to the selected provider.

I user receives an e-mail they can click a button to add that e-mail to a client record in an external application. Same process when sending an e-mail, "send and add" very much like SFDC Outlook plugin.

The external application maybe running in a remote desktop, on a network server or cloud based. Would like to have the ability to define location of the external application as well as long in information.

one can only send (attach) emails to accounts in vtiger. I have no use for this feature but a feature to send (attach) emails to open/closed support tickets is what I need.

The plugin is open source and coded in .NET
I have minimal knowledge in the language but I am hoping that it would be not to complex to modify the database fields the plugin looks for and change them from from looking up "accounts" to "support tickets".

I have an existing function that works for a local user default calendar. This needs to be modified so that it works with exchange (more specifically SoftTalk) within outlook 2007 or higher.

Since multiple appointments are created, it either never prompts a user, for input, or only on the first run of the function or sub.

- Has MS Outlook Add-In button, user apply leave via MS Outlook
- Administrator can defined Public Days
- User can apply apply for leave
- HR Manager or Department Head will approve or disapprove the leave
- Approved leave can be disapproved, if desired
- Leave applied will automatically deducted from user's total leave available
- HR Manager can generate leave reports
