A website for a small company dealing

The task would be: nice design, index page, nicely designed menu

This site has to be sharp and professional. Flash banners/designers are welcome. I currently have Yahoo hosting my site and would like to continue using them. This project will be a one time project, but I am looking for freelance designers for long-term business relationship.
