2. insert that data into a new database table (the field names should match, or we can provide a mapping for you)
3. filter out duplicates
4. create a new username for each inserted row and fire off an email informing them of their account, the URL to login, user name, and temp password

erences to JPG's be absolute paths.

For example, if we previously had images/abc.jpg, this should be replaced with http://www.samplewebsite/images/abc.jpg.

(Also... references to CSS files should be made absolute.)
