1. The current rating system has 1-10. I would like to change this to "Yes () No ()", under this I would like to set up 6 recommendation options as well. So it will look something like this.
Yes () No ()
Recommendation:
Good ()
Bad ()
Evil ()
Etc ()

As for the results, I want Yes or No results to be display like this:
On the top right, where it say "your vote", I want this to display either "yes or no", depending on the votes...
Next to "your vote" will be "overall", I want to change "overall" to "yes" and on the bottom to display the percentage of voters that voted yes out of the total vote.
Next to "overall" will be "votes", I want to change this to "No" and at the bottom, this will show the percentages of people who voted no.
Then on the bottom there is words display for "pretty good, no good, (depending on the rating)", I want to change this to display the total "votes" for the images.
2.I want to add a optional field to the post your picture form.

The admin section must approve the video prior to the video being in the competition. I need the users contact details to be stored in a SQL database along with their score.
