I have a social network script Dzoic Handshakes v2.0. I need the ability to be able to rate member videos for a contest and the user wins with most votes. I need the design of the script to slightly be better. I need a menu box with list of colleges by state.

Nation admin creates question. enters 4 possible answers. Check marks correct answer. 10 - 20 questions. Member can take test. Script grades test. If member gets >75% correct, then pass test. On member page, list of tests that member has passed. Only member and admin can see which tests were passed.
