Hello. I’m looking for someone to create an account on a free web hosting service that let’s people use php and mysql. (e.g. http://www.tripod.lycos.co.uk/index.phtml) I’m looking for a web based front end with a database back end for a computer life cycle tracking system.

Username and password login – it should also let people create accounts. It should have first name, last name, telephone number, city, building number, room number
A user should be able to input information about computers that will be used for life cycle management – Serial number, computer name, processor speed, hard drive size, amount of RAM, primary user, phone number associated with the primary user
There should also be a search area to search and display a list of matching computers based on one or more of the above criteria
I would also like a word document that explains how to use the system, that includes screen captures, and an entity relationship diagram for the database (yes, I know it’s simple). I also expect the username/password for the website for future maintenance.
This is a pretty simple project but I would like it completed quickly (the next day or two).
