Need 2 simple website templates created

I need 250 modern website templates for integration in my online website builder. Therefore I should have full rights to distribute the templates together with the online website builder application.

We have (2) website templates that are done in Photoshop that we need updated and changed. We have all the files needed and also the PSD file to update.

We need to change some of the colors, text, and some of the layout of the websites to fit our needs.

We are looking to receive the updated photoshop files, along with the new HTML once the changes are completed.

I need some website templates. Please post anything you might have, with examples if possible. I have a low budget on this project.

We are looking for a affiliate website template program like what Template Monster uses. Design Galaxy (http://www.designgalaxy.net/) also uses a similar affiliate script for the template reseller program. The script needs to be very similar to the way Template Monster does the affiliate script that allows a affiliate to login and copy and paste a JavaScript code into there own website to display our website templates brand free.

It would be nice to see 50% of them have flash in it and a basic tutorial on editing the flash should be included in the deliverable.
