Hello.
This is what I am wanting to accomplish. I want a freelance site in which the freelancers that come, give me their portfolios before they are ever allowed to join. The admin will look over the portfolios and then assign a rating to them. Each month these ratings will change according to the feedback that the admin gets from the clients that the freelancers work with.
This is what I need:
First: I need a good freelance script.
Second: The script must have the following cpabilities:
a)- Have a rating system that can be controlled by
the admin.(see above)
b.)- Have a country filter so that people can choose
programmers or designers that are in their country
or elsewhere, depending upon their preference.
c.) Have a minimum project cost developed into the
script. ie.) 10 pages of writing, minimum $ 5 or 5
page web site minimum $ 150 and so on.
d.) Have an adjustable fee taken out. ie.) a $ 5 job
would only get 50 cents taken out of it whereas a
$ 1000 job would have $ 15 taken out.
My goal in doing this is to bring in a large group of programmers and designers that are good at their jobs. I want to keep a high level of programmers and designers at the new freelance site, so that people from all over the world can come to the new site and know that they are not going to get ripped off, but rather that they are going to get a good job at a fair price done by respectable freelancers.
By having the minimums per job, it will help the programmers and designers get what they deserve payment wise also.
There is a bit more to this, but bid or post and we can discuss the details as they come about.
Your bid will be for the script and the site design.
A couple of other things with this project.
-I need four payment gateways: Paypal, Stormpay, e-gold and friendly pay. I will also need to add another one in about 6 months.
I am waiting on an investor so that I can get this company up and going. I have the servers in place and all of the infrastructure just not the program. This is a thought that I had. If there is a programmer that would like to go into this project as a 60/40 partnership, write the script and make it work, then I would run the program, do all of the footwork etc. and you could advertise on the site that you built. It would be a tremendous opportunity for someone to really get their name out and also to make some money on the side from the freelance site that you build. An agreement could be written up and we could proceed forward. I would pay for any of the freelance charges accrued and we could make a great freelance site for all.
