My company are look to sub out the development of a multi user flash based chat lobby, the fine details can be discussed at a later date, but the main points are it need to be able to have pre dvelopted flash games lanched from within the lobby, and the user needs to be able to sign up to our main site, and launch the chat lobby from a database of members.
Our main company has no resources to develop this flash lobby or the database.
The server will be a windows 2003 server base.
The closing date for bids for this project is xmas 2005, but we wont need the lobby until around april 2006

Thus we do not care about styling of the AJAX client or anything like that, we just need something that is setup and working and we can take it from there.
