Flash Tree with Details Display by sbhattarai

We are in need of a flash Architect + Developer who will be able to help us define and create a tree solution entirely in flash executable that will also display the details of individual nodes of the tree on the right hand side. Every time a user expands the node of the tree, the program should interact with the server via webservice, receive XML output and contruct child nodes. The programmer will tell us what kind of XML out he/she needs so that server can construct XML accordingly. Shorting ablity will be required. The programming should be very modular and should be highly configurable by using XML files. For example, if we want to display additional column called XYZ, we should be able to simply configure XML-configuration file. However we will pass the data for XYZ in XML result.
This project is a proof of concept and can potentially be a bigger contract. Additionally, if we am impressed with the architect + developer, we will give another search and display project to the him/her.
The deleveloper take own initiative to do work and design solutions and come up with ideas. Highly modular programming skill is needed for future extensions.
This work can be performed remotely. Just want to see the end product.
