I am looking for long term partners in maintaining, improving and developing my free online classified website. However this post relates to the maintenance and improvement portion only.

This is a bid for web maintenance contract
This is a relationship where either one of us can withdrawn from this arrangement at any time. Therefore, I may dismiss you at any time if I find you unfit for the job, and you can dismiss me as a customer if you don’t believe this is worth your time.
This contract includes:
1. Making consistent improvement to existing website without adding functionality.
2. Making Graphical improvement to the website.
3. Making usability improvement to the website.
4. Fix any bugs or graphic issues that may arise promptly.
5. Passive SEO activity.
6. Website related advisory.
In additional:
1. Will be given first consideration over on going website functionality improvement projects. Will be paid extra for these projects.
Requirement:
2. Operates from 8PM Western United States Time Zone to 12AM, Western United States Time Zone. (Plus 12 and half hours? India time) Must be reachable by messenger during this time. Must be ready to reply email questions outside of this time.
3. Operates from 8PM Eastern United States Time Zone to 12AM, Eastern United States time Zone. (Plus 15 and half hours? India time) Must be reachable by messenger during this time. Must be ready to reply email questions outside of this time.
4. Have extensive knowledge of PHP and MYSQL; I am looking for absolute experts only.
5. Have experience with Online Classified related Programming, Coding, and Database experience.
6. Have a Graphic Experience.
7. Have SEO experience.
8. Have a team of at least 3 people.
9. MOST IMPORTANTLY, responsible, responsive, and always provide status update! Must always be online during the time period specified.
