PHP programer needed for billing style website by Centric
Required skills: Javascript, Linux, PHP, Script Installation, Website Design
I am looking for a programmer to create a PHP based billing type system for me for selling multiple online services.
This is the way I would need it to work:
Customers visit my site and log into there account
They choose the service they would like to use
A $ 2 charge is added to there account
They are then taken to the page where they can use the service they selected
At the end of there billing cycle, there credit card that is on file in there account information is automatically billed for the previous months total. (Through authorize.net)
In the backend section, I would need to be able to view all customer accounts, there account information, previous (paid or unpaid) invoices, and there current (open) invoice. (As well as being able to add, remove, or suspend accounts)
This does not have to be in any special design or style. I just need a crude setup. I will be able to integrate it into my site. I’m just not as advanced in my programming skills as all of you might be.

Cms Needed For 6 Page Website
will have normal content with 1-2 pictures.
2) 4 pages are categories of products like... accessories, apparel, Gifts, jewelry. All these 4 pages will have thumbnails of products listed & upon clicking of these products, page with details/bigger picture of product will open that's all no shopping cart nothing. All this to be managed by CMS.
3) PHP and MYSQL to be used.
4) To be done within 1-3 days as its not big job.
5) Budget $ 150.

Something else I had some problems with in this was the Comments modification ... its good works well, but I noticed if I remove the comments tag and re-add it the old comments stored in the dbase are lost. Eg the tag is [comments1] and later you edit the page and save it without comments, and then add comments1 back it wont display the comments1 existing comments, rather it starts afresh.
It should not rename if a user adds an existing tag to a page.
