I am open to different CMS systems but I would prefer FCKeditor because I have used it a bunch and can train the client easily.
If you use something different it cannot be Joomla. The client needs to be able to uplaod PDF files thru the CMS that they can set up links to for downlaod, and I have not found that possible in Joomla.
I need this project done in 1 day, so DO NOT even bid if you cannot accomplish that.

Site Design W/ Backend
I need a new site design with backend. I want to still use the existing scripts and databases of the existing site and allow for new scripts to add in the future.
The method for page programming (HTML) should be in (divs), though the current site is in tables.
I've had problems with poor communication with programmers in the past. If you can't provide good communication I will cancel the project.
