I need someone to make me a http://www.ugoto.com/ , http://www.keepmebusy.com/ kind of web site. Just the coding etc. If you know of allready made stuff you can use that etc. I have some changes I need but they are not big, please PM me for them and for more information. I will take care off the content myself, I allready have Humorhour.com, and that is the web site I want to change, because its not database driven, and I want more community style features, like the once above..
And it must be as SEO friendly as possible.

- People must be able to rate the content, make a comment, recommend to a friend and other stuff. People must be registered in order to make a comment.
- It must be in Php and Mysql or Asp.Net and Ms Sql.
- Need stats that show how many times a joke, picture or something else has been viewed.
- Must have a good “admin” feature so that the web site is easy to update, and I must be able to update everything on the page.
- In the "admin/backend" I must be able to choose if the thing I add will be added to the website straight away, or at a later time. for example I choose that it should be added later (e.g. 2nd of July 2006). And it will not be visible on the web site before then. And it I will also need to be able to view a list over the stuff that is in que to be added, and what time they will be added.
