The winner of this bid will work strictly with the other group. This is the first of other SEO project I will have, so I need to find a stable partner willing to grow with us. If you are able to walk your talk and deliver what you promise I will surely give you priority on my other SEO and it could eventually become a stable collaboration.
Since I had bad experiences with SEO firms, for this first project I will pay you on results obtained using the escrow service, so don’t promise things you cannot provide and don’t use any unethical methods otherwise you will not get the money. With this I hope to cut out all the “non fair players” and big mouths. As soon as I’m sure of your services we can discuss other methods of payment for the following projects.

The site will be in a foreign language for a foreign market (Italian) and the SEO will have to be done accordingly. We will provide any translation required.
Any unethical method is explicitly forbidden (shadow domains, CSS Z positioning and hidden content in general, link farms, mirror sites, doorway pages etc.).
For the link campaign I don’t want you to use any reciprocal programs like linkexchange.com or similar. All work should be done by hand for us and our clients. We don’t want you to use any PPC or PPI.
Please specify me if you will give me periodic reports (Traffic statistics reports and keywords reports) as they will be evaluated in the decision of the group I will choose.
