I am looking for a group of different web designers to share in this opportunity. I have over 150 domain names that I need to develop so they can start building equity. Since there are so many, I couldn't possibly afford to have each one custom made to my satisfaction, I am asking for help from savvy developers with portfolios of already made websites and clones from previous projects that I can use. In return, you will share a 50/50 split of all the revenue that the site receives for as long as the design is under your name.
I am not interested in sites that require a lot of attention and maintenance unless we arrange an agreement on the side for you to maintain them as well in which I am always open for suggestions. If at some point I decide to purchase the rights to your design and keep it as my own, then we will negotiation a price.
I am hoping to find designers with large enough portfolios that can take in at least 10 of my domain names for their project. If you are interested and do not have ready made sites then templates will do fine as long as they have a simple and clean design. Again, the purpose of these sites are for producing large amounts of revenue through ppc and affiliate links.
They are high dollar brandable domain names that have been waiting for just the right home so if you are not planning on giving them the attention they deserve by matching the names up with the right industry and SEO and promotion so that they will rank well in the search engines, then please do not respond. Remember, the more $ they make, the more you will make. There is no set time limit for this project, however, I do expect good communication and professional work.
As I said before, I am not asking for you to spend a lot of customizing time on this project, old projects or templates will do in all types of categories that are self automated. There should be plenty of names in all sorts of categories below for you to choose from so please select the proper category for each names. Pease let me know which names you are interested in and provide the details and sample work if any. I work in the merchant processing industry so if any of you have ready made sites for credit card processing then please reply, I might pay extra for your work.
For all designers who decide to take on this project and return work to my satisfactory, I will give you great reviews as well as bonuses if they do well in the search engines. If you would like to supply the ppc and affiliate information and want me to sign up under your referral link then let me know so that I can review your suggestions. As of right now budget is tight so I can only afford reasonable setup fees for each individual projects since I am agreeing on giving you 1/2 of all the revenue that I make off them so please keep that in mind and bid accordingly.
The 50/50 split will remain for as long as I use your design and should I decide to sell the domain name only during that time, you will be rewarded 25% of what I make from it as a bonus. I will provide you with site statistics and ppc data each month. Management of the sites administrations will remain under my control unless we work something out on the side. Hosting will be provided by me and unless you request otherwise, I will also provide ppc & affiliate information.
