Although this is geared towards the Php/MySQL programming aspect of the project, I am also taking webdesign bids.
Attached is the preliminary brief. Certain features I would like to see are omitted from the public view and will only be addressed in PMB.
Consideration will be given to those that have worked on (currently or in the past) and have experience with entertainment/arcade websites.

There should also be a search box, somewhere on the site, that lets the user run a search, for all of the games on in the database on my site (PHPAS v4 makes it easy to do this).

Custom Programming for Joomla Website - Community Builder
the front end of my website, they are taken to a 403 forbidden access page. This only happens on 1 percent of the time but it is a problem that I need fixed. If the author tries to again submit the same article, they will continually be taken to a 403 page. If they try and submit a different article, it will start working again. This problem does not occur from the back end.
