I would like to do is to host the emails in a Linux server while the PHP site is being developed. When the PHP site is fully developed we can transfer everything to the Linux server.

The Win server is using Plesk and the Linux cPanel.

As part of this project we would like to have a web access tracking system implemented that would help us to flag any suspicious activity on the site. This could also include automatic blocking of specific IP's which are obviously violating normal usage patterns. We can work with you to help define this.

We want a server that can handle 500+ php+mysql request per second. So we are looking at NGINX+PHP-FPM+APC or any other solution you can come up with.
