server! If PHP/ASP/CGI is used, must install and configure on Windows 2003 server. You will have ftp and remote desktop access to the server. MUST BE ABLE TO EDIT FLASH... The contact form has 3 fields: name, e-mail addy and message. I need this done ASAP. Whoever can turn this one around quickly will receive additional work soon. Must be able to 100% intergrate. I've wasted too much time with this today I need this turned around in a couple of hours!

I have four forms in which I need to have a server side script written so that when they select a certain "bundle package" that after the first form is submitted, it will take them to a page with another form that they must complete. Not all choices in the pull down box will require a second form, only a couple, if they do not require the second form, then I want it to just go to the current thank you page.

When the stream is stopped it will:
1. Move the file to a folder a subfolder of the Application/'application'.
2. Run a single MySQL query on a mysql database. Inserting 'systemtime', 'stream name' and 'total time of recording'
3. Be able to run custom .sh scripts/executables.

I am running 2 Flash Media Interactive Server 3 and currently they are running separately. I would like to set them up so that one can failover to the other one.

I need a programmer to write and install the server side script for the failover mechanism. Please contact me if you had successful experience in setup similar server before.

I need a server-side script for FMS 3.0

The script will listen for all live streams initiated by FMS 3.0

When a stream is started, it will record it to a directory within the Application/'application' folder.

We are looking to include a employement application form on our website. The design is ready. only thing we are looking for is a form page and processing of form. our site is hosted on PHP based.

I am open to solution based on PHP, Perl, and Ruby. If you have a good reason why it should be done on another platform, please make a suggestion.
