I am searching for an employee.
Unfortunately I can´t pay more than 350USD and require full time for the requirements in the beginning.
BUT
I am just on the beginning and develop websites for each 10k+. If you are very good and a huge help and help me for the tasks I expect you to do - you can become the general manager for one or more of my companies and receive upon your work a several K income. It depends on the success of the project itself. If I see that you are able to handle it and the project brings money – I can pay you a huge income.
I need somebody who is enthusiastic – clever and ready to work hard.
The main company seat is in California. I am working in the company in Munich.
I need somebody who can
- speak perfectly / good english
- has a good fantasy and understanding of creating functions for websites
- No need for design knowledge
- You need to have ideas how to improve websites. How to make them more comfortable for costumers and what functions we could add to make them completely different and better.
- You don´t have to know how to programm it. You just need the ideas and other will programm it.
The main things you will have to do is:
- creating mockups for huge websites
- talking with programmers and managing the whole projects we are creating
- Providing daily ideas how to improve the projects and make them a success
You have to be
- available through MSN or Skype or ICQ or Yahoo
- Have to sign a contract
- have to work at least 8 hours a day – depends on the workload. You can also be paid better if I see that you are the right for the tasks I search for.
I do need somebody honest and who has a basic understanding of the it industry. Who knows websites and has good ideas and a good understanding of functions and structures.
If you are willing to do everything to handle a good IT business and want to grow into a huge network of large projects – you can make career in my company.
