Need server side script created for contact form on flash website. Must provide help installing script on server. If PHP is used, must install and configure on server. You will have ftp and remote desktop access. Flash Contact form has 3 fields: name, e-mail addy and message. I need this done ASAP. Whoever can turn this one around quickly will receive additional work soon. Must be able to 100% intergrate.

I am running 2 Flash Media Interactive Server 3 and currently they are running separately. I would like to set them up so that one can failover to the other one.

The problem in the form is the following: the information gets sent, but the animation does not go to the next frame so that it can appear a thank you message. Very very simple task.
