We are going to build a module like http://www.magentocommerce.com/extension/2645/postmark-integration for xt:Commerce
Our programmer has prepared the development plan and php classes for it already.
Now we need a REALLY EXPERIENCED xtcommerce programmer who will put the php script into a module. If you are only a xtcommerce user or beginner in xtcommerce programming, this job is NOT for you. If you are really master skilled in xtcommerce work, this job will take you 8 to 10 hours.
The budget for the job is 280$ and we will choose the freelancer who can prove his skills. References are not worth to be mentioned because they show only that you can use xtcommerce and they do not show that you can extend and do scripting with it.
That's why there is a very simple and plain task that we ask you to do to be chosen as freelancer for this job. If you are used to xtcommerce developing, then it's a 15 min job. If you are a beginner and not aware of it, it would take you too long => do not bid if you can not do the test task! You should not waste your and our time!
If you are able, then you are welcome and we can award your bid instantly.
It's copied from a school test for 1st semestry (ecommerce & marketing) and should be easy-go.
That's the task that you should be able to solve before bidding [15min]: Write a script plain_search.php which can be copied into the xtcommerce's root directory. It will be called like plain_search.php?keyword=test and must return a plain array with search results array("product_name","product_description","product_image").
Not more, not less; but make sure that you do no dirty core hacking. It should prove your awareness of how to use the xtcommerce classes and structure.

ot selling downloadable products but I would still like the customer to see a summary of their order on that Thank You page. I believe the functionality is there with some minor tweaking it could be done.
Last issue is I am seeing an extra HOME button in my site's menu bar ONLY when viewing with Google Chrome. It does not appear in Firefox or IE. I'd like this person to figure out how to remove that extra button from my menu in Chrome.
