I am interested in 3d character for animation for film quality (file attached). It's my first project in eufreelance,so I need more information.
How much time do you need to create 3d character like in attached picture? And How much will it cost ?

3D CHARACTER FOR ANIMATION
to be animated, arms, legs, head and such. Model its pretty basic, but it has to be well made.

Please see attached graphics. Thats what i want, but standed up, with the arms like throwing clown balls.
It doesnt have to be the same, could be simpler a lot simple, just with that type of concept of clown.
