dynamic colouring of object in video in flash (chroma key)

i am looking for a solution to do this in flash:
* have a short video (demo will be shot next week) showing a person in front of a green screen. that person is wearing a piece of clothing (single color, can be defined which color it shoud be - blue, white, whatever). this will look quite similar to this video on youtube, but only the person, no other objects and less movement:

* i'd like to make the green background transparent (doesn't have to be done in flash) and color that piece of clothing dynamically in flash, if possible. so that piece of clothing should get red, blue, black, whatever on user choice.
* even better, if we could use some texture instead of plain color to make it look more realistic.
i don't know if this can be done in flash, but maybe there's a (easy) solution to this?

Splash Video in front of Video
isplays sort of a splash video in front of it, putting their branding on it. This is a scripting thing as they dont even host their own videos.
If someone could figure out how to do this, and then give me the code they did it with, I will pay the lowest bid who does it and give them an excellent review. They will also get any future little tricks I might need.

Urgent - Video in flash HD/SD + iOS solution
to allow the video to play on iPad's and iPhones we want to know if we can insert some code to detect these devices then load a QuickTime movie rather than the flash version.

Location of a video in a multimedia database
generated for each small video, is saved into a multimedia database.
After this, in the interface, I am able to select a small video, I generate the hash, and I compare it to what I have stored in my database, and if I find a hash that is somehow similar, then I have a succesfull match.

Convert Video to Flash for Website
that it does not go as fast. I want it to be 30 seconds, 45 seconds, 60 seconds, 75 seconds and 90 seconds to determine which one will be right for us for the website and which one we will go with for use.
This shouldn't be a difficult project for anyone who is good with video. I plan on picking someone within the next few hours. I need this completed within 24 hours time.
