PROJECT 1: TIMESHARE APPOINTMENT SETTING
Our Client is looking for
Telemarketing Center's having experience running Timeshare Campaigns.
Process Information: You will set Appointments with Customers to come and attend a 90 Minute Presentation at one of the Client resort locations. The customer does not have to pay anything at all; their only obligation is to come and sit through a 90 minute presentation. At the end of the 90 minute presentation the customer will receive a scratch card which entitles them to receive an assured gift. They can either win a Plasma TV (Or) Ford Explorer Car (Or) $ 25000 in Cash (Or) Bahamas Vacation for 2.

PROJECT 2: TRAVEL PACKAGE OUTBOUND
SALESOur Client is one of the Top 3 Holiday Club Resort Company's located in US since 1983.
Process Information: The Client sells their 4Days 3Nights Holiday Package for $ 149. The customer gets to stay for 4days & 3 Nights at one of their affiliated resorts on the island. Along with the accomodation the customer receives a $ 99 refund check and $ 50 Dining certificates when they check in at the resort, so in short the customer ends up receiving a free holiday for what he has paid for the package. The holiday package is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used at any part of the year.

3. The Call Center should have a Predictive Dialer & Remote Monitoring facility.
