Required skills: Joomla, Website Design
I am setting up a community website using joomla and I am looking for a website designer who has experience in Joomla or Mambo to do a website design for me. I have already installed Joomla and the necessary modules required for my website and what I need is web designer to design a customised site for so I can put in the necessary modules in the right places. The site is going to consist of news articles, music, and video content. Its going to have about 5-8 portals with hope of expanding in the near future and each portal is going to service a different community but the look is going to be the same on each portal only that the content is going to differ. The designer will also have to do a logo design for us. We will be running the site on Windows 2003, Mysql , Php and IIS6 or Apache. I can do a quick sketch of what I need designed.

oo great so unable to spend time on it. This is my project and I wish to get the large majority of it done through Freelancer and look to tweak and add to later.
