The festival is in it's 11th year and would like to the website to reflect the fun and sophisticated contestants and audience it attracts each year. We need a redesign of our current website. We have a new template that we would like to use, and the text is already on the existing site. So you will need to transfer text to new template, change names on flash menu tabs, transfer meta tags, and install once completed.

e forums page I would like to keep intact and keep using the same forums if possible or the data can be imported into a new from your choice(it is in microsoft access now, but the display page would need to be redone to match the new sites color scheme if kept intact(not difficult.)

Other than that, its just a simple redesign for more user friendly navigation and some flash elements.
